Eastern Washington state fills the eye with landscapes, birds, insects, people and places.  Photographs were taken in Toppenish National Wildlife Refuge, Richland and Columbia National Wildlife Refuge.  Spotted: great blue heron, sparrow, great white egret, pelican, killdeer, tree swallow, redwing blackbird, skimmer, robin, mallards, cormorant, farm goose, beaver, dragonfly and more.  The rock wall between our hotel and the river walk was designed to mimic some of the Eastern Washington natural landscape.
